STALL HOLDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

●      Proof of Public Liability Insurance to the value of at least $20million must be submitted with each application to the organiser

●      Receipt of your application or past attendance does not guarantee future placement at this event and the stall holders will be selected at the discretion of the organiser

●      Spaces will not be guaranteed until the organiser has received payment. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw your application at any point

●      A site plan detailing the position of your stall will be provided ahead of the event. The location of all stalls are at the discretion of the event organiser

●      Stallholders at any point must not move stalls and you must remain in the location allocated to you for the duration of the event. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your space

●      If your stall space exceeds the standard 2.4m x 2.4m provided, CSF reserves the right to charge the stallholder for the additional space used at per square metre

●      All stall holders are required to use the fete stalls provided by CSF at 2.4M x 2.4M unless prior written approval has been provided by the organiser

●      Stallholders must operate within the trading hours only: 9am – 4pm inclusive

●      You must follow any instruction in relation to risk minimisation issued by the organiser

●      We request stall holders do not approach customers, let them approach your stall

SET UP TIMES & ACCESS

●      Set up times will be Saturday 25th September between 6:00am &  8.30am and Sunday 27th September between 6:00am &  8.30am

●      Strictly no vehicles on site after 8:30am. This is a condition that has been placed on the event by the Police and is non-negotiable unless prior written approval has been given by the organisers

●      No parking is allowed in the festival area

●      Trolleys and manpower are not provided 

WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY CONDITIONS

●      No items are to be placed outside the booked stall or site area during the event. Stallholders and their wares must stay within the stall boundaries. Failure to adhere will result in stall removal and/or additional charges for space used

●      All stall holders are expected to practice safe cash handling procedures

●      Any substances brought on site must be properly identified, stored & used in accordance with an accompanying Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

●      Any incidents must be immediately reported to the organisers 

LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

●      The aforementioned WHS conditions do not in any way relieve the stall holder of their own WHS obligations

●      You are responsible for ensuring that you meet your WHS obligations under statute and general law. Failure to comply with these standards may result in the loss of your space   

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

SoldOut – CronullaFest 2026 – Important Information  

POWER

●      Please note that for the use of power you must provide your own tested & tagged leads, 20m minimum required. Powered sites are limited

●      Test & Tagging is available on site at a cost of $35 per appliance/lead

●      COST OF POWERED SITE IS $55 + GST PER 10AMP 240V OUTLET. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STALL HOLDER TO ENSURE YOUR POWER REQUIREMENTS DO NOT EXCEED THE ABOVE SUPPLY. IF DURING THE BUMP IN, CSF FIND YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN A 10AMP 240V TO OPERATE YOUR STALL, A GENERATOR CAN BE HIRED FOR YOUR PURPOSES. THE PRICE WILL BE DEPENDANT ON THE EXTRA POWER YOU REQUIRE AND PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED ON THE SPOT.

●      DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS AND THE VARIETY OF DIFFERENT GENERATORS ON THE MARKET, STALL HOLDERS ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN GENERATORS.

REMOVING ITEMS FROM YOUR STALL

●      At the end of each day, it is recommended that all items be removed and that all rubbish is disposed of. The organisers will not accept responsibility for any items left behind

●      Stall waste removal is the responsibility of the stallholder. Any waste left on site will be removed and charged to the stall holder

FOOD STALLS

●      Must follow the NSW Food Authority’s Food Handling Guidelines. Visit foodauthority.nsw.gov.au

●      All food stallholders must ensure they have a safety supervisors certificate onsite at all times

●      The responsibility of food hygiene and handling and adherence to Government and Council standards, are the full responsibility of the stallholder

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

●      The organisers reserve the right to refuse any application and to cancel any booking without refund for failure to comply with the above guidelines

●      Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the event organiser. This includes but is not limited to circumstances beyond the organisers control

MARKETING

●      CronullaFest 2022 is promoted through the below online platforms. We ask for stallholders support in promoting the event through using these tags and hashtags when talking about the event

●      All stallholders will be given tools ahead of the event to promote pre and during event, on social media

PAYMENT TERMS

●      Once invoice has been received it is strictly a 7-day payment policy. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in your application being withdrawn

By confirming your position as a stallholder and through payment of your stall fee, you are agreeing to the above T&C’s as listed in this document.
